Develop year-long communications plan (surveys, postcards, eBlasts, microsite, voicemail messages, premiums and videos) to build enthusiasm and awareness and play up prestige.
During: Make attendee satisfaction the top priority. Underscore importance by the senior management team attending the awards dinner and entire program.
