Develop an innovative general session agenda that provides relief from extensive training sessions over five days. Navigate the demands of working within an all-inclusive resort at international tropical location. Exceed executives' expectations from previous productions.

Solution

Unify training and executive messaging through the theme, "Defining the ‘X' in XPotential." Create cohesive agenda to include executive initiatives, sales training and corporate messaging. Ignite, inspire and motivate the audience daily with live music, relevant keynote speakers and targeted video showcasing attendees.
